Richard Paul Green III, BSBA, LCDC
Founder & Executive Director
Rick Green is a veteran executive and clinician with over 30 years of experience spanning addiction medicine, pharmaceutical innovation, forensic consulting, and legal strategy. He’s held leadership roles at Genzyme, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Geneus Health, and now serves as CEO of Precision Recovery, a top medically integrated rehab program supporting individuals facing felony DUI charges or licensing issues.
As a licensed chemical dependency counselor, Rick has delivered behavioral health services across outpatient, residential, and detox settings since 2014. He combines clinical expertise with a background in pharmaceutical development and has published on genetic addiction risk, dopamine regulation, and MAT policy. He frequently presents at national conferences and advises courts as an expert witness on forensic testing and substance use disorders.
Rick pioneered NeuDefense and co-developed Predict IQ the first genetic test used in DUI/SUD defense, marking a breakthrough in legal-health integration. He consults with attorneys, pharma companies, and treatment organizations, and has served on the NAADAC Public Policy Committee and other state-level advisory boards.
